I began diving many years ago in dark, swift rivers and cold, deep quarries. As much as I loved that, I have a soft spot for the warm Caribbean waters and coral reef diving!
I also served as a Lieutenant with a dive rescue group in Tennessee for a bit, and have worked in zoos and aquariums for most of my career. Long story short, I love the water, animals, and people and will give you great and safe instruction during your Scuba journey!.
Your Scuba Diving Assistant Instructor, Troy

Troy is a Marine Corp Veteran and Former Commercial Diver with many hours underwater in many different aquatic environments. He is just as comfortable in deep, dark water as he is in tropical blue, clear water!
Troy is a gifted diver and his first priority is the safety of the divers in his charge.
Troy's Professional qualification are:
-
Scuba Diving International Assistant Instructor (SDI)
-
Professional Association of Dive Instructors Divemaster (PADI)
When Troy isn't diving you can find him on the rugby field with the local rugby team.
